ご注文方法

You can make an international order through e-mail in English or Japanese to us.

海外からのご注文はメールにて承ります。メールは英語、または日本語にてお願い致します。

Payment

お支払方法

You can pay by credit card of your own name only.

お支払方法は、クレジットカードのみとなります。ご利用はご本人名義のクレジットカードのみとさせていただきます。

Shipping

発送方法

Your order will be shipped by DHL Express or Express Mail Service of the Japan Post

発送方法は、DHL Expressか日本郵政のEMS（Express Mail Service）の発送となります。

Shipping rate and insurance

送料・保険料

We will inform you the shipping rate and insurance premium that may vary by products.

送料、保険料は商品により異なりますので、メールにてお知らせさせていただきます。

Return policy

返品

Unfortunately, items purchased for internatinal shipping may not be returned and exchanged.

海外発送での返品交換は、お受け出来ません。

Precautions

注意事項

For Orders being shipped outside of the United States: Customs, Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer when receive.

商品お届けの際、関税、輸入消費税が発生する場合がございます。商品引き取りの際、お客様にてご負担・お支払いをお願い致します。 万が一、受取不可にて商品が弊社に返送された場合は、発送・返送の送料を請求させて頂きます。

  2. As we confirm the stock of the items, we will inform you of the payment amount via email.
    If any item out of stock, we may tell you the plan to restock.
    商品の在庫確認後、メールにてお支払金額をお知らせ致します。※欠品商品がある場合は、納期をお知らせ致します。

  3. When the order confirmed, you will receive the online bill payment instruction from Square(https://squareup.com/global/en/register).
    お客様のメールアドレスへ、スクエアよりオンライン請求書を送信させていただきます。

  4. After we confirm the completion of paying procedur, we start shipping work. Please complete payment in 7 days since you receive the information of total amount, otherwise your order will be canceled automatically.
    お支払いの確認が出来次第、商品を発送致します。
    お支払い金額のご連絡後、7日以内に入金が確認出来ない場合は、自動的にご注文をキャンセル致します。
